7-8 September 2011 in Zakopane within the Polish EU Presidency will hold a meeting called "Implementation of the INSPIRE Directive regarding environmental issues". The meeting will concern the implementation of the INSPIRE Directive provisions regarding protected areas, biogeographic regions, species distributions and habitats and biotopes.

The main objective of the meeting is to establish cooperation and information exchange regarding the implementation of the Directive and the relevant executive provisions.
