7-9 November 2011 in Warsaw within the Polish EU Presidency will hold a meeting called "Planning for biodiversity". The subject matter of the meeting will concern selected methods of biodiversity protection with particular emphasis on the marine and terrestial spatial planning. The best practices and experiences of EU Member States in this matter will be presented.

The main goal of the conference will be to reach conclusions which would help improve the efficiency of spatial planning as a very efficient tool used in nature conservation.
